About Us
JCI Pokhara Lady is the premier young women’s leadership and social-action organization in Pokhara, Nepal. Established in 1989 (B.S. 2046 Ashadh 5) as an offshoot of JCI Pokhara, it is a proud local organization (LOM) of JCI Nepal (Area B) and part of the global Junior Chamber International (JCI) network spanning more than 120 countries.
We provide development opportunities that empower young women aged 18–40 to create positive change in their communities, country, and the world through leadership training, hands-on community service, entrepreneurship, and international collaboration.

Our Story
In 1989, a group of dynamic young women in Pokhara, inspired by the JCI Creed and the growing need for dedicated platforms for female leadership, founded JCI Pokhara Lady.
It was created with a clear purpose: to advance the personality and leadership development of young women and to enable them to contribute meaningfully to society. Since then, the chapter has remained an active and respected LOM under Area B of JCI Nepal, working closely with its parent chapter, JCI Pokhara.
Over more than three decades, JCI Pokhara Lady has organized countless training programs, community projects, health camps, awareness campaigns, and leadership events, consistently demonstrating that leadership is built by doing, not just discussing.
